Very poor customer response and support.

The passenger bought a returned fight ticket for two persons from London to Larnaca stating return date on the 10th of August but Opodo issued a ticket return date on the 10th of September. As a matter of fact the passenger started contacting Opodo five days before the departure date to rectify the return date but Opodo kept promising to get in touch with customer within 24 to 48hrs to no avail. Henceforth a series of lies and no effort to resolve the issue. Opodo is an Airline booking agent. User's recommendation: From my experience using this agent, it is advisable to buy travel tickets directly from the airline company than using an agent. It’s absolutely a waste of time and resources.
