To confirm my Kenny Chesney tickets

Dont go through Well I have reserved hotel rooms twice now non refundable rooms. And would like to get reimbursed for them , this is ridiculous, I get the reason in 2020.. but I would like to just get reimbursed for the concert and the rooms User’s recommendation: don’t go through tixcity.
