I have a well and was referred to Carolina Fresh Water by a friend who recently had a system installed by them. When the person came to test my water he was very thorough but it did take longer than expected however, I wanted to make sure I received as much information as possible. It was educational and I never felt pressured.I already knew my water was bad but I needed to be sure I was making the right decision and asked a lot of questions. He was very knowledgeable and helped me understand my choices. Since the system was installed I am amazed at the difference in my water. The smells are gone and it tastes so much better. They have done everything they said they'd do and I would not hesitate to recommend them to any of my friends
