Very dissatisfied with quality of the furniture and delivery experience

The furniture arrive damaged and the delivery damaged my home All furniture arrives with imperfections that they refuse to exchange and the Tech is not able to repair. The delivery upstairs broke my stairs and chipped the ceiling. They will not take responsibility to repair the damages to my home after sending several pictures with details. User's recommendation: Do not purchase from Rooms to Go as the furniture is poor quality.
