Very bad with customer services

Update by user Jul 02, 2019 I have had an e-mail back from Bradford Exchange stating my order will be delivered in 4 - 6 weeks. This could have been done earlier if their customer services dept. were on the ball. Original review posted by user Jul 01, 2019 I paid for a 75th d-day 1/4 sovereign on the 14/06 any idea when I might receive this order.
