Very bad customer service!

Just received a new bedroom set after waiting two months. Chest has a broken foot and 4out of 5 drawers are broken! Looks like it was dropped! Missing the hardware for the bed also! They want to send someone to repair the chest and hardware won't be in for another 5-7 weeks for the bed! User's recommendation: Good prices but customer service sucks!
