I purchased a cruise, rental car and hotel Stay in 9/2016 with three years to use. I have contacted multiple times to book this vacation. Speaking with a lady name Vanessa she told me I owed $300.00 more which I have paperwork and a call recording saying I owe $200. Finally a manager called because I placed a negative review on sitejabber. Told me he would honor the $200 if I removed the review. I removed it! But never ended up booking because he never called me back after me giving him the dates. So now ALMOST 3 years later the package is expiring and I have not used this. A guy named Alex (he says he is a different one) called me today and said I owed $300 because I added the review again (because they NEVER actually booked the vacation) he was very nasty and rude. Said I had to book a room for at least one to 2 nights to use the cruise. I was never told that in my original purchase or back in 6/2018 when I went to book. This is a very UNTRUSTWORTHY company and I am out the $298.00 that I spent. I have the photos of the invoice for proof and I have submitted something with the BBB. Alex informed me they won't do anything they are not a govt site so he doesn't know why people threaten with them because they won't do anything anyway. May be true. I may be out of the vacation and the $298 but I will make sure to put a REVIEW EVERYWHERE! These people pray on people and steal their money not a good company at all. Will be speaking with an attorney about restitution as well because I have ALL the emails and the 2 invoices and bank statement that shows I paid $298.00
