Phone HUAWEY

I want to tell you how ugly the 1A online store is. My daughter ordered a phone in early August, the courier brought it on August 10. Of course, the joy faded because neither LMT sim card nor another operator. On the same day we called the office-there answered - led to Santa Ana. The office pushed under the nose to sign the act that the phone is sent for examination. A week later, the daughter called to find out what was wrong - yes there was an answer-fallen to the ground - the water had been inside - in short - taking off the guarantee - but if she wanted to make it, she would have to part with 30 dollars. In short, we decided not to do it - I told my daughter to send a phone here - at the beginning they said that they would send, although they would not do it - but time passed and nothing happens, call again-have to go after themselves-well then I exploded-called and said that at all ashamed lost.The consultant calmly replied that he will send to the parcel-office-I insisted that the conclusion be attached with the final summary.It takes one week, no phone.And call again -and so for two weeks in a row I realized that without a loud swearing nothing would happen and yes so sent only with a conclusion-mechanically damaged sim card connector-taken for repair -installed the programs and went-cool no?! 15 dollars cost .But instead of admitting that the manufacturer fault-have to go through all this? I think it's a filthy thing.
