Update…we bought a Southern Motion recliner that quit working shortly after a year making it a $1200.00 paperweight. The store quit selling them and factory had nowear to obtain replacement parts.

After a nonproductive search I finally wrote complaint to company. A week later we received a remote through the mail. While we were thrilled to receive it ,and I might add worked perfectly,we never had any personal contact with anyone from customer service.So while I would like to say thank you for the follow up.weare greatful.we love the chair but your customer service department could use some tweaking. Seems like there should be some place to purchase replacement parts.Thank you again for making it right at no cost to us.
