Upcoming Alaska cruise

There were a bunch of lies and errors in booking 2 rooms for an Alaska cruise for 8/2019 for my family last September. The first problem was the promise of specialty dining as stated on the website as an incentive to book. Our agent, Gary, said we would get an email to confirm it. When the email didn't arrive I had to waste many hours trying to resolve it with a supervisor. Gary also failed to disclose that the 6 pm dining time was not available and booked the two rooms at two different dining options. I recently called to confirm the dining time and was told we had to now go on the waiting list. Also, the mailing addresses were wrong on both accounts - one room showed my old mailing address and the other showed a totally different member address who I have no connection to. This is frustrating and disheartening! Were there other mistakes made? I have sent an email to the supervisor of this rep but I have yet to hear back.
