I’m a legally and clinically disabled individual who was discriminated against and neglected by your Insurance representatives. Apart from that, my pain and suffering was compounded by the mistreatment and poor business practices executed by those designated to handle my familys claim. Videos, texts, emails and photos are being compiled for an accurate timeline.
I was rear-ended 4 months ago still receiving medical bills that haven’t been paid by Commerce, medical provider threatening to go to collection agency non-payment of bills.I have repeatedly sent them the bills over and over and over obviously it’s falling on deaf ears. User’s recommendation: run as fast as you can.
