Unprofessional customer treatment

This was our second stay Secrets Cabo. The previous stay one was a company event. Upon arrival and check in we were ushered to sit with what we thought was an ambassador for the resort. We were in fact lassoed into a push for a sales pitch. Our travel friends wanted to do an electric bike tour. So we agreed to go to the presentation. Thats where this fiasco began. They screwed around with prices, they screwed around with booking credit, Guillermo did not make payment to the correct travel company. Due to Guillermo messing this up, they wanted to charge us again without the credit. We refused to pay twice and Kevin from Costco Travel was going to prevent us from leaving the resort.. the details are more involved, but in a nutshell, because Guillermo messed this up, we as customers were put in the middle of what should have been worked out internally. It was very stressful to have a person say we arent going to let you leave unless we recharge your credit card User's recommendation: Don’t sit for any presentations.
