I had a good Norwalk leather sofa and tired of it and thought I'd buy a Hancock and Moore sofa based on an H&;M forum which touted how well built they were and how they stood behind their product. I paid well over $3,000 and many times wish I had bought locally from a furniture store. I have had problems with the cushions and to their credit they have sent me two sets of cushions but it isn't the cushions. It is within the foundation and I would have to pay. $500 or more one way to ship it back to NC for repair.
