unethical behavior – last minute cancellation of ticket

Boltbus cancelled my ticket one hour before the scheduled departure - Email was sent at 2:04pm on 4/19 and scheduled departure was 3:30pm on 4/19. There were no other tickets available for that day so was left with no travel options for the weekend. They also gave no reason or explanation for the cancellation other than "operational issues". Email below: Ladies and Gentlemen, We apologize for this inconvenience but your schedule for today 4/19 has been cancelled due to operational issues. Please call customer service at [protected] to re-book @ no charge to you or request for a refund. Please have your confirmation number ready. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience I would like a full explanation on why they chose to cancel this bus last minute.
