I bought a brand new tree for well over $500 on 12/2 of 2016. The tree worked for one and half weeks and then 8 branches in the center to the tree went out. I called their customer service to complain and get the tree fixed. It has now been two weeks of hassles with these people...

Poor Service
The specified phone number. +6167502757 to receive a consultation - NO ANSWER. Not busy, but just NOT ANSWERING! :( As far as I understand, the portal Australia.org is under the supervision of the Ministry of Environment and Regional Development, right? So why is its website not working, why every time there is a mystical change and every time she becomes more incomprehensible and unpredictable?
