Unauthorized credit charges, poor service

The loaders provided by moving staffers were not prepared (They did not even bring a dolly, which caused them to go over their 2hr time). Then they improperly loaded everything so that when my items arrived, several pieces of furniture where crushed under the weight of other boxes. Moving staffers said that they would do nothing about that because it was fine when the movers put it in the truck. The representative then hung up on me. Upon unloading of my shattered items, i was charged $250 extra (A full week after the initial charge and receipt) for something that i specifically called and asked them about. (My delivery was delayed and i had asked if my pre-paid funds could be applied to another unloading day.) moving staffers noted that i had called but conveniently said that they had no record of ever telling me that i wouldn't be charged which was my entire reasoning for calling and rescheduling, otherwise i would have just cancelled and done it myself. They are very helpful when taking your money, but rude, misleading, and terrible people when dealing with any issue.
