BUYER BE WARNED

I was moving Atlanta to Los Angeles using U-Pack. I am single, so I utilized their moving staffers offer to pack my container. Two big guys arrived, talked like they were old pros and packed my storage. It was a total disaster. I could have hired guys from a parking lot at LOWES and gotten more craft... Read more➤

Post Move Evaluation

Recently used this company. The loading crew stuffed antique furniture and a new dining set in against metal objects. The two “crew” who showed up came with exactly 4 blankets. Dont assume the basic insurance coverage for damage is sufficient–at $.60 per pound, it isn’t. We got $120 back on a new dining set valued at $500... Read more➤
Staffers themselves were very nice; however, the way items were packed caused damage and scratches to several items. Wrapping furniture in paper does not protect the items like blankets do. This was ourW first and last time we would use this company.
I hired Moving Staffers in July 2018 to pack my home and move me across the state. They sent Starving Artists out of Lawrence, KS to pack and load. They had a different company at the other end to unload. I had no problems with the unloading, but the packing and loading were a nightmare! The guys... Read more➤

WOULD NEVER USE THIS... Read more➤

Guide unprofessionalism

Guide, Leo Zarinsh did not fulfill the points promised at the event. We bought two coupons for the hike "Sunset Trail in Sunshine Coast". The description stated that: 1. "there is a possibility to park your car at the station" - there was no such possibility. 2. "let's start with a little insight into the history of the local railway station and railway line" - no insight. 3. "In the bicycle museum we have an exciting tour and quiz about Sunshine Coast and bicycle history; the authors of the best answers will receive small prizes" - there were no quizzes or prizes. 4. "walking along the trail we will learn interesting facts about the history of Sunshine Coast city, resort and historic Neibadi "- nothing was told. The coupon did not mention that the hike will take place at an accelerated pace, it can be said almost running. The coupon is also offered to preschool children, who fortunately we did not take with us, because the movement along the slippery, embossed Sunset Trail in the dark forest took place as fast as the whole hike in general. Since safety was our number one priority, we allowed ourselves to be slowed down to the point where the whole guided group had backed down and disappeared from view. When we found out this fact, we immediately called the guide on 26980327, because it was completely dark (the wind of the torch flames had blown) and we could not navigate the surroundings. The guide did not and still does not answer the calls. He did not come back and did not look for us. We tried to get out of the forest on our own, which of course was difficult and emotionally unpleasant, because there was complete darkness. When we got out on the street to Sunshine Coast station promised in the coupon, there was still a long way to go, which we did not know. So we chose to go back to the starting point where the car was parked. This required additional hours of walking, as the bus did not run and there were no other means of transport. Dear people, do not rely on the activities offered by this guide, because their descriptions do not correspond to the truth and he will not care about your safety, he will only be interested in the money collected for coupons.
