They take your money and never deliver anything

I ordered a Dyson hair dryer in Nov 2018, and contacted them several times. I was told the product was on backorder repeatedly. No product and no refund

I bought a ring in January 2018, but I asked for a refund at the same day. as I received neither the refund nor the product after 3 months, I wrote some emails requesting again the refund and explanations. They never answered, 1 year has passed.
