Unacceptable service

I bought my Renegade Valencia from HW. I called Holiday World League City Monday to schedule a State Inspection. Was told to come in between 0900-**** hrs &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; 1300 -**** hrs. M-F. Tuesday morning I call again to confirm availability. Was told they were available that day in the aforementioned hours. I arrived at 1300 hrs on Tuesday. Service rep told me at that time that the person that does inspections didnt come to work. Needless to so I was very disappointed. Was then told the shop foreman could inspect my RV. After waiting another 25 minutes with no action being taken, I was then told the computer was dow,andd they would have to call someone to come out and fix it. After wasting over two hours at of my time subsequent to my two previous calls, I left your facility very angry and disappointed in your service. User's recommendation: Do not use.
