I ordered the ultra thin waist shaping panties and the panties are nothing like the product they sent . They don't hold anything in or firm you up like it claims. I never received an email so I don't have an order number or tracking number to return them. The phone number is not working and I have not received a return email of my complaint and wanting to return the item for a refund. This is a scam and I did not know the company was in China or would have never ordered them in the first place. How do we get help with this situation?
