Tv will not pickup any channels

Id like to have service on my65 series 8 tv. I started loosing a few channels a few weeks ago and now they have all disappeared. Ive installed new cables and a new antenna but still nothing. The tv department at best buy says call Samsung to discuss a repair. Ive tried several times to all but the all continues to fail.
