Hi, my name is Tanner Lloyd. I had a cracked screen phone and had insurance through you guys. Well everything went okay I got the new phone and I turned in my old one, but I got a email saying I didnt and then I got charged $545 on my account. If I could get a email back on why? Or a call at 423-907-****. I for sure turned the phone into us cellular. If you could help me out that would be great. Thanks!
