4 calls to their service line with three of them hanging up because they couldnt hear me after waiting 25 minutes each time twhen I did get thru they didnt recognize the serial number of the counter coffee machine and told me to go to Williams Sonoma to repair it! Called Williams Sonoma and they dont repair so back to Miele service line after 25 minute wait hung up " couldnt hear me" User's recommendation: love product hate their service.
