Nation Star is nothing more than a call center, similar to an online college, one is not dealing with the real deal when calling in to this "mortgage service". One would think that the person they are speaking to about their mortgage , something that is very important, is that the person should be educated enough to be able to understand the mortgage lingo or at least have a script that allows the representative to sound some what like a employee with enough smarts to be able to review a mortgage account. Also, the point of contact NEVER answers their phone or give a call back, and this company will continue to charge ones checking account when you have made it clear that it is a one time payment and not an open piggy bank for them to dip in and out whenever they feel the need to leap. User's recommendation: Run Away.
