I came home today only to realize my dead bolt had a malfunction and had locked on it own. I have not used to deadbolt in a few months so i didnt have the key on me. I finally got into my home. End result is my doorframe is busted and have to purchase a new feame along with deadbolt. Im not asking for a full price replacement. But covering the cost of some of the damage created by a product your company puts its name behind would help tremendously. As i am newly unemployed mothet of 2 little boys. Highly highly dissatisfied!!!
