I planned my dream vacation with trip factory and it has turned into my worst nightmare.. I was promised a plan, but after my initial payment, a critical change was made to the plan without any intimation. My travel agent's name was Prashanth B. In our WhatsApp conversations, He has clearly mentioned that he will give option 23 for 4.20 lacks. Five minutes after my first payment of Rs. 50, 000, he has shared the option 24, in which he has replaced the Balcony State room to Interior state room (without any intimation). If he had notified me that he can give the 4.20 package, only by replacing the BSS to ISS, I would have considered other alternatives. Without any notification this has been modified. Please help in rectifying this, I have spent much money and time into this plan, that this issue is stressing me out completely. Already 1 lakh 10 thousand paid. Now prashanth is openly threatening that if I do not pay the remaining amount my trip will be auto cancelled and no refund will be provided. Is there no ethics, is it my mistake to trust trip factory. Hope someone responsible from trip factory will help on this..
