Then during the trial they kept jacking us around saying they would keep changing settings on our phones until we got service. That was all a bunch of BUNK!!! So here we are with phones that we can only use in very random places. I cant even dial 911 from my home!!!!!!! Their sales tactics were based on lies and false information. I expect the $800 credit I was promised. Now Im tired to T-Mobile. I cannot switch because they have me owing a great deal of money on my phone! I had a phone that was perfect that was paid for!!
