Bought this new right out of the box the product was defective. Spent hours with tech they kept having me reinstall windows 10 did not fix .Hard drive defective. The part is 114.00 to replace . I was told that they have no support for Canadian customers and I must ship the part at my cost prepaid return to them which is $80.00. What a scam. Will never by there product again. BTW it took 5 months to just get a RMA return code LMAO.
