I have been talking to a agent in Davenport, Iowa about an accident involving a driver that rearended me that is insured through Dairyland.

She keeps asking me if i am really going to get my car fixed which she can’t do. and wouldn’t let me ask my questions and kept interrupting. She was so RUDE!!
