Watched a movie for almost 2 hours paused the last 10 minutes but everything froze and when it finally caught up i got to watch the suspense filled ending in fast forward with no sound, not much point in trying to go back and see it again. ATT sucks.
Our Direct TV Now keeps going in and out. We are using fire stick for our connection everything else on fire stick is operating fine . Our Wi-Fi connection is running very strong . Nothing else is going in and out except for DIRECTV now .
Absolutely no option to speak to AN ACTUAL PERSON so that your issue can be explained correctly and resolved. *** chat option does nothing more than give vague answers, or in my case no answers at all for the issue I am having
