My brand new computer has a part on back order for two months now. Had it for one day.

Tempered glass damaged by UPS

5 months later, you send a side panel; After sending 5 photos and explaining it was the tempered glass on the front of the tower that is damaged.

Constant system crashes

Out of the box the thing freezes every few minutes. Not useable as is. I tried to contact Cyber Power a couple of weeks ago but haven’t heard from them.

Tower defective out of the box i must pay for shipping which is much as the part

Bought this new right out of the box the product was defective. Spent hours with tech they kept having me reinstall windows 10 did not fix .Hard drive defective. The part is 114.00 to replace .
