Called in tow request at 9:30. At 3:30 called for ETA, told 5:45. Called at 7:30, told that call expired and they would not be coming!! When Rep called tow company and we had 3-way conversation, tow company said, sorry, we overlooked it - we can be there in 90 minutes. When I argued with them, the tow company responded "you want the tow, or what?" User's recommendation: SPEND THE EXTRA MONEY AND GO WITH AAA FOR ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE!!
