Touchstone Medical imaging used insurance uncovered high speed x-rays and without telling patient. Patient had to pay unexpected bills. Since the high speed x-ray was not covered by health insurance, we had to pay the full claimed amount. We had CT and MRI provided by other providers, all got fully covered by our health insurance. User's recommendation: Do not use touch stone image. Even they told you it would be covered by health insurance, you might still get surprise medical bills.
