Ordered product in December 2020, did not know it was on back order until I called. Did not get item until mid March 2021. Totally ridiculous and then when you call, the reps act like they are doing you a favor by answering the Telephone. I was told so many different stories about why the product was back-ordered. I even called one time and was told that they could not find my order and there was nothing the could do. Can you imagine. Will not order again!!!
