Too much bad ….never respond to customer

I purchased some products on 1 of July. My money was deducted but order was not confirmed after that I call many times to customer care they never help me in this....they always said lunch time is going on 3.30 pm also...when I should call and when will my money return back.....cheap so cheap....never go for baidyanath product
