call can you hear me now. Verizon has taken two payments out of my bank account for the last 3 months in a row and today. You cut my service off because you did not get the money out of my account on the card that you have on file and I called and sent you all $30 and it still ain't on I've been with y'all over 5 years this is ridiculous
