Six months ago I was very angry at the realreal. I want to say that in the time since then the customer service totally took care of me the issue was taken care of and I was more then happy with the outcome. I have purchased several more items without concern not once have I been disappointed again. The issue I had was a fluke. I have been extremely satisfied with all my purchases following the incident. I would recommend the realreal to anyone looking for quality lux brands slightly used budget priced. User's recommendation: Purchase with confidence.
