This company has poor practices and should be ashamed of their services. We had the warranty. It is unacceptable to live in a home in a home with a couch that smells like urine. Our cat peed on the couch; the couch smells and is stained. We sent tons of pictures according their rules with the correct angles and distances and even a ruler. They told us that it would take more than a month to send a crew to clean it. This company needs: 1) Make the claim process easier and smoother; the pictures, the angles, and ruler is a bit too much; 2) Trust its customers judgement; 3) Have a turn around of a week to address claims, and I.E. clean a couch of urine.
