They trick you to get a warranty then they tell you after you call that it's past the time. My sectional has the springs coming out. It's not worth buying any furniture from there. They always have an excuse for every warranty you get then you lost the money for warranty and the money you paid for the couch. They should call us and tell us the warranty is about to be expired that way we can see if anything else is wrong before its expired or send someone to check our couches before the warranty expired.
