A vendor, who I paid through Quad Pay, didn't send me my goods. I reached out to Quad Pay to either get me my goods or give me my money back. After their investigation, they found the vendor in the wrong. They gave me a Partial refund. I reached out again and told them that they were $800 short. They ignored me. I have reached out to them many times. They know they owe me money. They just don't want to pay. I've been ripped off by first the vendor and now by Quad Pay.
