They mailed to address that was non existent. I gave them correct address. They mailed to wrong address and said it was delivered.

I ordered overalls for gift. I gave them address. Order number was 15N2S2J. I was billed for 54.74. It was sent to wrong address. I had to reordered and sent to Texas to make sure it was delivered. Talked to customer service. They said had to call again to get refund. Why cant they just refund the first order and make me not call again. THIS IS POOR SERVICE. JUST REFUND THIS ORDERE. IT WAS NOT DELIVERED.
