They jumped on your/my email message immediately, and took care of the problem within two hours because of complaint. I couldn’t be happier.

The folks at Revzilla weren't answering their phones. I'd been on hold the day before for over an hour, and no one picked up. The day before that, I'd left a message, per their instructions, to please call me. As I understood it, I would not lose my place in the queue if I did that. Yet no one called.
