They jumped on your/my email message immediately, and took care of the problem within two hours because of complaint. I couldn’t be happier.

The folks at Revzilla weren’t answering their phones. I’d been on hold the day before for over an hour, and no one picked up. I have been purchasing from Revzilla for 5+ years. My experiences have been 5×5 the whole time. I have had several questions and even had product item number questions that they answered via email. I tell everyone about them and cannot speak high enough about their customer service. User’s recommendation: Use them!
