Original review updated by user Jul 13, 2021 I guess these people don't have enough money that they have to steal from seniors, I made a reservation for a car in Hilo I cancelled the trip because Hawaii was under quarantine , also the volcano in Hilo had erupted and they were asking people to stay away and must of all I am a 74 year old with respiratory problem and I was not about to risk getting covid, my reservation reservation for all other companies were refunded or credited for future trips , and the only exception was Hotwire User's recommendation: please book direct everybody refunded me except Hotwire!!!!
