You continue to sell the services of UV3 Masterguard, a company that does not honors what they sell and refuse to fix the stains and rips no matter what. Lots of negative reviews here on Facebook and several places online. They showed they been doing this for years and you don't care. I purchased their protection too when purchased 2 pieces of furniture from you and today, September 9, 2020 after filing the claim they refuse to fix the stain even thought it qualifies under their terms and agreement. Several excuses not to fix it. I contacted you about it and your couldn't care less. All you care is about the money. Same with this company. I will never buy anything from you and will let others know based on my experience not to do business with Kane's Furniture.
