They didn't solve anything about my orders. I brought some ticket a while back, and they expire in November. So I went to Orlando to use them, and they didn't work. I had to pay out of pocket, which wasn't a problem, but I feel as if since I brought the tickets, they should've worked instead of me paying out of pocket. User's recommendation: I wouldnt.
