They didn’t help and warn about any problems too late

We bought prom dress for our sister from the website www.dress2015.com. It was terrible deal. They took money and confirmed the purchase, but after 2 weeks they informed me that this dress was unavailable. We were so angry and decided to reach these guys. We sent several emails and tried to help us, because we spent money and needed this sum back. We needed dress as well. But they only excused and haven’t offered any other solutions.
