Service was supposed to be installed for my mom on Tuesday, today is Friday and still no one showed up. I called after speaking to people who said they would come to find out that I was not even scheduled for a technician....WOW!!! They want you to switch your services to theirs but when it comes to taking care of issues and complaints they are no where to be seen!!! They can't even bother calling to say they are running late or not coming at all and then lie and say they've called and no one is picking up....I'm so done with them!! en User's recommendation: I will not recommend them to anyone, not even my worst enemy!
