Every year they change their prescriptions list. I get that but i have a problem with the same one every year. In other words they don't wanna pay for this specific one and they try to deter me from getting it. They will give it to me if I change to their mail in pharmacy though well that's because it saves them lots of money. I like my pharmacy and in no way am I doing it. The bigger issue is they first told me I had it for the year because my Dr, submitted forms to them telling them I needed it and there is no generic form. They waited till I ran out to tell me supposedly the Dr, did not fill out the proper request and they were denying it . The fight goes on User's recommendation: Stay away from Humana Pharmacy!!
