I have never seen a healthcare team much less HOSPICE with such an attitude with me. Hospice is telling me they are doing me a favor taking care of my mother! I called multiple times before anyone showed up. Then the person that came ordered the medication and left….
This company claims to be caring and compassionate for the end of life transition. We chose them based off a hospital rec (money) when both my parents were hospitalized at the same time. My Father has declined over the last 18 months, also losing my one and only sibling and watching the failing health of my mother....
